What credit cards do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard and Discover
What financing options do you offer?
- In-House Office Payment Plan (non-interest bearing) - Upon Credit Approval.
- Cash Courtesy fee adjustment when fee is paid in full at the start of treatment, (when using cash or check) this cannot be combined with any other courtesy.
What types of in-house financing do you provide?
In-House Office Payment Plan: an initial payment is required at the start of treatment and the balance is paid over a particular number of months. The initial payment is dependent upon credit history. If credit history is favorable, the initial payment can be as low as 20% of the fee. We do understand that we are experiencing an economical down turn that has impacted us all. We do offer personalized financing programs that may deviate from the usual 20% initial payment. We want to work with each and every patient family and will do all we can to over come a variety of financial obstacles. Talk to us and see what we can do.
Which discounts do you offer?
We provide cash courtesy discounts when the fee is paid in full at the start of treatment, as follows:
- A payment in full with cash or check, the courtesy fee adjustment is 8%.
- For families that are returning to us with a new sibling we are offering a Family Courtesy that varies in amount. Please ask us about that the next time you are in the office.
- One courtesy per family, you have the choice to select the higher of the two.
Do you require a down payment or full payment at the time of service?
Depending on the type of treatment, Limited or Comprehensive, dictates the payment structure. However, most cases require an initial payment and the balance is due over a particular number of months. Again, we have many option that we can work with you on.
Does your office file insurance claims?
As a courtesy to our patients, we file all insurance claims. For your convenience we participate in the following networks: Metlife PDP, Cigna PPO and United Concordia National Fee For Service Advantage. We deduct the full amount of the insurance payment off of your contract so you are financing a significantly lesser amount. This is a benefit to you because most insurances pay out their benefit over the life of the treatment. We are unique in this practice, it is more common to have a patient pay the entire amount on the contract upfront and reimburse you only after the insurance has paid them in full.
